There a number of ways in which you can now offer us help and support as we prepare to fight the final battle;

 Is the incinerator affecting you, your family or your business?

As part of our case we will provide evidence to show that the incinerator effects peoples lives and that it is a bad neighbour.

Do you;

·         Believe that the incinerator has effected your or your families health?

 ·       Do you believe that the incinerator posses a risk to you or your families health?

·       Have you moved out of the area or would like to move, because you do not want to live near the incinerator?

·       Is the incinerator effecting you in some other way?

If the incinerator is impacting on your life in a negative way, we need to know your story, so that we can prove that it has a real impact on peoples lives and that further expansion will increase this effect on peoples social well-being.

Do you want NAIL to Represent your organisation?

NAIL has been granted Rule 6 status, this effectively allows us to represent the community at large and other organisation at the inquiry. To strengthen our claim, we would like organisations such as community groups, residences associations etc to contact us to confirm that they share ours aims and want to be represented at the Public Inquiry by NAIL. Although only NAIL has requested Rule 6 status, any individual or organisation can if they wish, also take part in the inquiry independent of NAIL as an interested party.

 Financial Support

We at NAIL volunteer out time and effort for this worthy cause for free, on the other hand legal advice is expensive. The strength of our case will very much be affected by the amount of legal advice we receive on preparing and presenting our evidence. To date we have raised just over £3,100 which is well short of what we ideally require. We welcome your donation, no matter how small they are.
