The 15th Annual Lady Bay Open Gardens event 2005

AN AFTERNOON -or two- spent in LADY BAY

This year's event has now closed. It is organised every year by F.I.E.L.D.S. - a group of local people fighting the attempts by Nottinghamshire County Council to develop local farmland at the end of Trent Boulevard. Whilst maybe small each garden has something of interest to see, so we are sure you will have a pleasant afternoon out. Gardens may be visited in any order. Children, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.

Although the event is over for another year, it can be experienced in part as a virtual tour on this site.

It takes all of the eight hours over two weekends to see even a bit of everything, this year I only had six - so I have missed out pictures from the farm. Previous year's virtual tours can still be taken from the old version of this site. To take a current trip, see the gardens we saw on SATURDAY and SUNDAY by following those links.

It's all over for another year - this is what you missed.....
