The Stadium - my other reasons against it
It would never be built, but trying to would blight the area. No one could get to it due to a lack of roads The roads we have would be destroyed by the traffic Lady Bay would be totally wiped out as a nice place to live - I don't like football and would move out, so would many other people. It would flood. ------------- Environmentally -  Without a tram line it would encourage car use - a very bad thing. Further building on farm land will lower our chance of self-sufficient  food production even more. Light and sound pollution. Water run-off lowered - increasing chance of flooding the rest of the area.
