Those who have noticed the works going on in the Regatta Way/Adbolton Lane area may be relieved to hear that it is part of a Severn Trent Water project to renew parts of the sewerage system in West Bridgford and Colwick. New pipeline will be laid across Adbolton Lane to the east of the bus terminus. Severn Trent's contractors say that all footpaths and cycleways should remain open during the work, which is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2012.
