The Chairman welcomed all present. He introduced Bruce Smith, Practice Manager from the Greenwood Surgery, Sneinton:
Doctor in Lady Bay The Greenwood Surgery put in a bid to open a branch surgery in Lady Bay when Dr. Clark retired. Rushcliffe PCT refused to help. 1 or 2 patients registered with the Greenwood Practice anyway. 2 GPs are here this evening: Jo Taplin & Sarah Layzell. It is up to the people of Lady Bay to persuade the PCT to support the proposal from the Greenwood Surgery.

LBCA has been trying for about 20 years to have a public footpath officially designated by the County Council running from the edge of the Hook along the riverbank to Trent Lock.
