The Lady Bay Community, via it's community association request a Doctor for our area.

 

 

This request is made by a meeting filled to standing room only by concerned residents of Lady Bay. If there is a Doctor or two out there who wants at least 3000 patents (not customers by the way), then there is a place for them here.

The Lady Bay Community Association has had an attendance this large before, when we met to successfully fight off the multi-million pound Fourth Trent Crossing. Lady Bay is good at campaigns.

The number of people, the force of their arguments and the depth of concern was not matched by a promise to provide us with a replacement LOCAL Doctor.

 

 

 

 

It is a legal requirement for the PCT (shown here very much 'at Bay') to provide medical cover, but they only went as far as saying that they would 'like' to make the Surgery local. That's simply not good enough.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The people here require and demand proper medical, local support. We campaigned for it 15 years ago and got it. We are very sorry to see Doctor Clark go but understand and support his reasons. We can assure any Doctor thinking about talking his place that local support will be solid! We can't say the same about the PCT or NHS, but we would like to be able to.

 

The PCT apparently do not think it's up to them to do much about finding a replacemnet, so we have been left to do it ourselves. Any Doctor, please call this site!
